HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?

Once you have successfully completed your Payment Profile, your details are sent to the UCLA to initiate the payment.

Payment initiation dates may vary as these are decided by UCLA.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT I RECEIVE THE PAYMENT SUCCESSFULLY?

In order to avoid any delays with your payments, please ensure that you complete all fields in the enrollment form accurately. We strongly recommend that you validate your Bank Account details with your Bank, prior to submitting your profile.

DO I GET A NOTIFICATION WHEN THE PAYMENT IN INITIATED?

Yes, a system generated Payment Confirmation is sent to your email address.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE AMOUNT RECEIVED?

Please refer to Student Accounts on the Message Center for assistance.

I NEED TO UPDATE MY BANKING DETAILS

You can contact our support team and they will assist you with your request using VendorManagement@convera.com 

I RECEIVED A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT

It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to be applied to your account.

If you don’t see the funds in your account after 5 days, please contact our support team at VendorManagement@convera.com
